Ralph Diaz played all 40 minutes and hit the game-winning three-pointer at the buzzer in the Tigers’ 98-96 victory over Chowan. Diaz finished with 15 points and five steals as Salem rallied from 12 points down in the final three minutes to extend its winning streak to seven.
