Ronald Whitt

Ronald "Ronnie" Whitt was a three-sport scholarship athlete, earning four letters each in football and baseball, and two letters in basketball. Whitt was a starter in all three sports. He helped lead the Tigers baseball team to the 1962 West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championship and a berth in the NCAA Regional Tournament. 

While playing three sports for two years and two sports for all four years, Whitt graduated with a cumulative grade point average of 3.20. He completed his bachelor of science degree in English and went on to earn his masters degree in counseling. Whitt enjoyed a successful teaching and coaching career in Ohio for 33 years.
