MSOC: Tigers Take Down Wheeling Jesuit In ECAC Semi's, 3-2

Wheeling, W.Va - First Team All-GMAC Selection Tomas Szabo (Melbourne, Australia) scored goals in the 33rd and 57th minute to lead Salem International University past Wheeling Jesuit University in the semi-finals of the 2014 ECAC Division II Men's Soccer Championship held in Wheeling, W.Va.

After the Cardinals scored in the 8th minute, Szabo answered in the 33rd to even the score at 1-1. Mohamed Bakayoko (Fort Myers, Fla.) found the back of the net off of a Mohammed Ali Khalaf assist, giving Salem the lead just before halftime in the 41st minute.

In the 52nd minute, Szabo scored again to give Salem the wiggle room they needed.

The Tigers will advance to Sunday's Championship Game against the winner of the #1 Seton Hill vs. #4 Post University. That game is set for 12:00 PM and will feature live video HERE.
