Montgomery, W.Va. - Salem International University let one sneak past them Monday night at the Neil D. Baisi Athletic Center at West Virginia University Institute of Technology, falling to the Golden Bears in five sets (25-16, 23-25, 27-25-, 25-22, 14-16) in non-conference action.
The Tigers fall to just 4-20 on the season while Tech improves to 8-26.

Rachel Hess led Salem offensively with 17 and 16 kills apiece.
Jen Martinez had a game-high 22 total digs in the five sets with Harris finishing with 7 solo blocks.
Salem International returns to action on November 7th and 8th when they travel to their final two G-MAC contest of the 2014 season at Davis & Elkins and Alderson Broaddus.
