CEDARVILLE, Ohio (Oct. 22) – The Tigers were handed a 12-0 loss by Cedarville Thursday night in Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) play at Yellow Jacket Field.
The loss drops the Salem International University women's soccer team to 0-12 overall, 0-12 in the G-MAC. Meanwhile, the Yellow Jackets improve to 6-3-3 in the league standings, 9-4-3 overall.
The Tigers kept the Jackets at bay until the 10th minute of the match and only yielded three first half markers to their hosts. Cedarville turned up the pressure in the second half, netting nine goals to cruise to a 12-0 win.

Bre'Ana Felix (Heath, Ohio/Heath) made eight saves in the match. Heading into the game, she led all of NCAA Division II in saves per game.
The Tigers were out-shot 37-1 in the match, as the Yellow Jackets also attempted eight corner kicks. Cedarville was caught offside 11 times in the match, including eight times in their three goal first half.
Salem International wraps up the 2015 campaign with a pair of road matches beginning with a match at Ursuline on Saturday, Oct. 24 starting at 1 p.m.
