Box Score OAKLAND CITY, IN - Salem International University dropped a 7-0 decision against Oakland City University Friday night (Oct. 14) in women's collegiate soccer action. The Mighty Oaks tallied three first-half goals, followed by four in the second half.
The Mighty Oaks would open up the scoring in the ninth minute of play as Kennedy Folse scored after receiving a through ball from Kristiana Pumpure from 15 yards outs. Oakland City's Lauren Rapp would make it 2-0 with a tally in the 21st minute on a finish inside of the box after it was touched by Pumpure.
Oakland City added one final goal in the first half of play to up its lead to 3-0.

Amanda Allred faced a total of 13 shots in the first half of action, making 10 saves in net for the Tigers.
The Mighty Oaks would strike just over a minute into the second-half of play as Pumpure scored unassisted to make it 4-0 Oakland City. The Mighty Oaks tallied three more goals, with a pair coming from Aubree Miller. Miller, Pumpure, and Sarah Wagner each finished the night with four points.
The Pumas registered 13 shots in the second half, with nine being stopped by the Tigers Allred.
Oakland City held a 12-0 advantage in corner kicks and was called offsides six times.
