DANBURY, Conn. – Salem University women's soccer standout junior
Tamara Queiroz was tabbed as the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division II Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Month, announced by the ECAC league office.
During the month of September Queiroz lead the Tigers to 4-2-1 record behind her seven goals, three assists and seventeen points.
Queiroz, a Belo Horizonte, Brazil native, has managed to score multiple goals in two games including a hat-trick in a commanding 9-1 win over Lincoln (Pa.) on September 8
th.
She netted a goal in four of the six matches in September, while posting a .571 shots on goal percentage.
The Tigers currently sit at 5-3-1 and are set to host Roberts Wesleyan Tuesday with a kick at 1:00 p.m.
