Salem (6-16) is coming off a 95-90 loss Thursday at Ohio Valley University. The Tigers cut a 19-point third-quarter deficit down to a single point in the final minute before Ohio Valley sealed the win from the free throw line.
Endia Jones led Salem with a season-high 23 points to go with eight rebounds. The Tigers' comeback was fueled by 10-for-17 (58.8 percent) shooting from the floor in the fourth quarter.

Ironically, Alderson Broaddus (6-19) has played on Salem's home floor more recently than the Tigers. Due to repairs at its home gym, Alderson Broaddus's game against nationally 22nd-ranked Kentucky Wesleyan Saturday was played at the TED. The Battlers fell 89-54.

In the two teams' first meeting this season, Salem fell 86-66 December 11 at Alderson Broaddus.
Nerea Arambarri Fernandez led the Tigers with 18 points.
