Nutter Fort, WV- Salem University baseball fell to Wheeling University in a midweek game 6-3. Four Tigers came away with hits on the day including a double from Dalton Robison.  

The Tigers got the scoring started in the fourth with two bases loaded walks to go ahead 2-0. The Cardinals tied it up in the sixth with two off of a single to center field. Wheeling went ahead in the seventh 3-2. The Cardinals scored the final runs of the game in the eighth to go ahead 6-2. Salem had the bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth but could not capitalize. 

The Tigers will travel to Mercyhurst University for a three-game weekend starting game one at 1 PM on Friday.
