Morgantown, WV – Salem University softball dropped two against West Liberty University 14-0 and 5-0.
West Liberty scored two in the first, eight in the fourth and four in the fifth. Arianna Arroyo started in the circle for the Tigers, striking our four. Emily Villar and Andrea Gallegos each had one strike out in game one.
After two scoreless innings in game two, West Liberty scored two in the third, and later three in the seventh. Ricki Garay provided the only hit for the Tigers with a single up the middle in the bottom of the first. A. Arroyo threw five innings for the Tigers, giving up four hits, striking out two.
