Salem University put together one of its most complete offensive performances of the season on Monday night, powering past Cincinnati Clermont 97–75 on the road.
The Tigers had five players score in double figures and received 47 points from the bench, using their depth and relentless tempo to control the game from start to finish. Salem posted quarter outputs of 20, 26, 26, and 25 points, steadily expanding its lead throughout the night.

Nakayla Green led Salem with 15 points, knocking down three triples while adding four assists and two steals.

Batoul Khaleefah and Kamarice Jackson each scored 13 points, giving the Tigers consistent production on the perimeter and in transition.

Meilin Guo was highly efficient inside, finishing with 12 points and 7 rebounds.

Briana Bunkley added 11 points, helping spark a bench unit that overwhelmed Clermont throughout the second half.

Taja Brown recorded 12 points and 7 rebounds, controlling the paint on both ends.
Salem's intensity on the glass was a difference-maker, as the Tigers out-rebounded Clermont 54–52, including 23 offensive boards, leading to 14 second-chance points.
Defensively, Salem forced 39 Clermont turnovers, converting those into 32 points, allowing the Tigers to maintain a fast pace and prevent the hosts from settling into a rhythm. Additionally, this is the first win at the helm for Head Coach Corey Hines.
