Air Force surged in the third period, creating separation with a 6–2 run. Salem's offense was led by Gage Buttice and Voros, who combined for multiple goals, while goalkeeper Mateja Cerovoic made several key stops to slow the Falcons' pace.
Salem 19, Biola 17

Caesar, Kesic, and Buttice each posted standout offensive performances, while Salem capitalized on key possessions despite being outshot 38–30.
Game 4 – No. 3 California 27, Salem 2
Facing one of the nation's elite programs, Salem closed its opening weekend with a 27–2 setback against No. 3 California on Sunday.

Voros and Buttice tallied Salem's two goals, while Navarro recorded saves against a relentless Golden Bears attack. Despite the loss, the Tigers gained valuable experience competing against a top-five opponent and finished the weekend 2–2 overall.
