Kaiden Zacharias joined Salem University Baseball in 2023 and currently serves as an assistant coach. A former Tiger student-athlete and graduate assistant, Zacharias brings experience in recruiting, player development, offensive instruction, and program operations at multiple levels of collegiate baseball.
After earning his MBA from Salem in 2024, Zacharias spent a season as an assistant coach at Asbury University before joining the staff at the University of Minnesota Crookston as Offensive Coordinator. Throughout his coaching career, he has worked extensively with hitters, baserunners, and outfielders while contributing to recruiting, scouting, travel coordination, analytics, and team operations. His offensive units have produced all-region performers, conference award winners, and significant improvements in team offensive production.
Prior to his coaching career, Zacharias was a standout collegiate player at both Asbury University and Salem University. He earned NCCAA Second Team All-America honors, First Team All-Region recognition, and was the recipient of the 2022 Hank Burbridge Award, presented to the NCCAA student-athlete who best exemplifies Christian character, athletic excellence, and leadership.
