Victor de Souza joined the Salem University men's soccer coaching staff as a graduate assistant in February 2020.
de Souza graduated from Faulkner University (Ala.), where he was a member of the Eagles men's soccer team. He earned All-Southern States Conference honors in back-to-back seasons and also served as a student assistant coach in his senior year.
In addition to his playing and coaching experience at Faulkner, de Souza spent two years as head coach of the U10 and U11 teams for Montgomery FC. Montgomery FC was ranked No. 1 in Alabama in the U10 Division and No. 2 in Alabama in the U11 Division.
de Souza earned his bachelor of science degree in sports management. He is pursuing his MBA in management at Salem.
Outside of soccer, de Souza's favorite activities include running, cooking and playing video games. His favorite sports team is Santos FC.
