Brad Zinn is his first year as Salem University assistant women's basketball coach.
Zinn comes to Salem from Highland Community College (Kan.), where he served three years as recruiting coordinator and assistant women's basketball coach. During his time, Highland CC compiled an 80-10 record with a national third-place finish in the NJCCA Tournament. The Scotties made two NJCCA Region 6 Championship appearances.
Zinn coached five NJCCA All-Americans, five NJCCA Academic All-Americans, two NJCCA All-Tournament selections and two NJCCA WBCA All-Star participants. He also coached a Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) Player of the Year and two KJCCC Freshman of the Year winners.
Eight of the 14 players who went on to compete at four-year colleges played at the NCAA Division I level. In addition, two players signed professionally overseas.
