Keyanna Tate is in her second year with the Salem women's basketball coaching staff and her first year as an assistant coach after serving as a graduate assistant in 2018-19. Tate plays a major role in game and practice planning, on-court activities, recruiting and operation.
In her college days, she transferred from Division I Delaware State University before helping Glenville State win conference regular season and tournament titles, as well as host an NCAA Regional. Tate was an All-Mountain East Conference First Team selection in her senior year.

Tate graduated from Glenville State with a degree in exercise science with a minor in psychology and health promotions. She earned her master's degree at Salem in business management sports and recreation.
