Anderson joined the Salem International University Cross Country and Track & Field programs in August of 2017, marking this her second year as Assistant Coach. A Fairmont, West Virginia native, Anderson graduated from Fairmont Senior High School in May of 2012.Â
Participating in both cross country and track & field, she was a State Champion in the 800, two-time All-State runner in cross country, and 14-time All-State recipient in track & field competition.Â
Following her high school career Anderson was a member of the Track & Field and Cross Country programs at West Virginia University (2012-14). Most recently, she was a member of the Cross Country program at Fairmont State University, where she is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education.
