Salem University Athletics

Hillary Thibodeau joined the Salem University Athletic Training staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in July of 2025. She comes to Salem from NCAA Division I program James Madison University where she held a similar role. 
 
Prior to James Madison, Thibodeau worked at the Virginia Military Institute where she served as an assistant athletic trainer, working predominantly with the football program for the Keydets. She also worked with swimming and diving, women's water polo for VMI, and assisted with training students seeking their athletic training accreditation at Western Carolina and Wright State. .
