Kaden Shoaf joined the Salem Athletics staff as the Sports Information Director in August of 2022.
Shoaf is a 2018 graduate of the University of Indianapolis with an undergraduate degree in Sports Management. He then earned graduate degrees from Saint Leo University and Lake Erie College in 2021 and 2023, respectively.
Prior to taking over the Sports Information role at Salem, Shoaf served as a graduate assistant for athletics communications at Lake Erie College during the 2021-2022 school year. He also brings experience working in various levels of the sports industry including stints with the Indiana Pacers, the Indianapolis Indians (AAA Affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates), the Crossroads League (NAIA), the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (NCAA Division II), and the Kokomo Jackrabbits of the Northwoods League.
