Salem University Athletics

Kathryn Elgin took over as Compliance Coordinator at Salem in July of 2022. She also serves in a international affairs role on the academic side of the university. She also took over the Senior Women's Administrator duties for the Tigers in November of 2022.

Prior to this stint at Salem, Elgin worked in ticket sales with the University of Tennessee from 2021 to 2022. Before that, she previously worked with Salem's water polo programs as a graduate assistant from 2020 to 2021. 

Elgin received her undergraduate degree from San Jose State University in Kinesiology in May of 2020. While attending San Jose State, she competed as a member of the Spartan's women's water polo program from 2016 to 2020. She then went on to earn her master's degree in Business Administration with a Sports Management concentration from Salem in 2021.
