SALEM, W.Va - The Salem International University women's basketball squad fell to the University of Pittsburgh - Johnstown, 85-65, in non-conference action Tuesday evening at the T. Edward Davis Gymnasium.
The Tigers fall to 0-6 (0-0 G-MAC) while UP-J improves to 4-1 (2-0 PSAC).

Samantha Aikens, and
Alexus Cooper all scored season highs in the contest. Haggins scored 20 points on 7-for-13 from the field, Aikens scored 16 points on 7-of-14 shooting, and Cooper netted 10 points on 5-of-8 from the floor.
Inkera Patterson, the Tigers leading scorer, was held to a season-low 10 points on just 3-of-10 shooting.
After the Thanksgiving Break, the Tigers will travel to Fairmont, W.Va to take on the Fairmont State Falcons. Tipoff for that game is set for 6:00 p.m.
