GLENVILLE, W.Va. – The SIU volleyball team rallied from a 2-0 deficit to force a deciding fifth set, but fell short, 3-2 (25-17, 25-21, 19-25, 17-25, 15-9) at Glenville State on Thursday evening.

Megan Maafala-Maiva led the Tigers' attack with 11 kills. Rachel Hess finished the night with 10 kills.  Brittany Nesbitt posted 27 assists, while Gitana Cafasso added 10 assists. Jen Martinez notched a team-high nine digs.

Salem International travels to UVA-Wise on Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m.
