WEST CHESTER, PA - Despite getting seven saves from junior goalkeeper
Amanda Allred, Salem International University would drop a 11-0 decision against West Chester University on Monday afternoon (Oct. 24) in women's collegiate soccer action. The Golden Rams scored their opening goal 49 seconds into the contest.

The Golden Rams would score five times in the first ten minutes of action as Kara Pavel accounted for two of the goals in the fifth and seventh minute. West Chester capped the scoring in the 33rd minute of the first half as Lauren Brenner scored her first goal of the season to make it 11-0.
Allred would face a total of 18 shots in the first half of action, making seven saves in net for the Tigers.
Both teams would play a scoreless second half as the Tigers took the only shot in the 57th minute.
Freshman
Alisha Newland looked to get Salem International onto the scoreboard as she delivered a shot towards West Chester goalkeeper Regan Allsop. Allsop would be up to the task, stopping the opportunity to preserve the Golden Rams lead.
West Chester held a 4-0 advantage in corner kicks and was called offsides on 12 occasions.
