SALEM, WV - The Salem International Men's Basketball team plays host to the Adelphi University Panthers at 4 PM in the T. Edward Davis Gym. The Tigers are looking for their first win of the season after falling to Grand Valley State University last Saturday at the Saint Joseph's College Thanksgiving Classic. This will be the only meeting between the Tigers and Panthers this season. Last season the Tigers made the trip to Garden City, New York and dropped an 94-59 decision. Junior Saquan Epps scored a team-high 11 points in the game for SIU and finished 3-of-4 from three-point range.

Epps leads the Tigers in scoring, averaging 15 points per game this season. He has connected on 55.8 percent of his shots from the floor and 80 percent of his attempts from charity stripe. She is also averaging five rebounds per game with four steals.
