Over the weekend, the Salem University Tigers men's and women's swim teams competed against West Virginia Wesleyan College and Davis & Elkins College. And though the teams fell short in both head-to-head matchups, a season of improvement continued for the nascent program.
Several swimmers set personal bests in multiple events, highlighted by
Gabriel Craig's victory in the 500 Yard Freestyle against Wesleyan, riding a strong start to finish with a time of 5:30.15, winning by roughly three seconds.Â
