HARROGATE, Tenn.- The Salem University men's soccer team was edged by Lincoln Memorial 1-0, Saturday afternoon.
The Tigers fall to 0-2 overall, while the Railsplitters earned their first win of the season.
Throughout the game, the Tigers generated 11 shots; six in the first half and five in the second. Four of the 11 shots were on the goal while LMU had a total of 17 shots, six of them on the goal.
Sophomore goalkeeper Wiktor Stawki garnered five saves on the day with one goal allowed.
The men are back in action Tuesday, September 4 at Slippery Rock University at 4:00 p.m.
