SHIPPENSBURG, Pa.- The Salem University men's soccer team fell to Shippensburg 1-0, Tuesday afternoon.
The Raiders led the Tigers in shots 16-12 and shots on goal 8-3.
Salem's first scoring opportunity occurred at 20:00 as sophomore
Chase Myrie's shot missed just wide.
The first and only goal of the afternoon, came from the Raider's Cole Kropnick at 74:05 as he received a throw in from Devlin Mettee for a bicycle kick past Salem's keeper, sophomore
Wiktor Stawski.
Stawski earned seven saves with one goal allowed.

Till Trippner and senior
Sjoerd Schobbers led the team with three shots each. Trippner had one shot on goal as well as sophomore
Andrea Morelli and sophomore
Ameen El-Shami.
The men's soccer team travels to Athens, W.Va. next to play Concord on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
