Salem University baseball fell to Savannah State University in the final game of the series on Monday 13-5. The Tigers collected seven hits and three RBIs. Noah Suarez and Austin Earl combined for three hits and three RBIs.
Salem started strong by bringing in one run in the first off of an error by Savannah State. Savannah State quickly answered by putting up five runs in the bottom half of the inning. The Tigers tried to rally in the eighth brining in three off of a double by Earl but couldn't keep the momentum.
The Tigers will be back in action tomorrow at Ohio Valley University starting 3 p.m.
