PHILIPPI, W.Va. – The SIU men's soccer team was dealt a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Alderson Broaddus on Thursday afternoon.

AB scored just three minutes into the contest and tacked on a second goal just before halftime, taking a 2-0 lead. The Battlers added their third goal early in the second half.

Elliot Cook made four saves for SIU.

SIU travels to Davis & Elkins on Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
