BLUEFIELD, W. Va. (April 1, 2018) – Each week, the Salem University Tigers women's tennis team improves a little more, picking up contributions from different members.
In a 6-3 loss to Bluefield State College, the Tigers got big matches from
Brianna Vasquez, who won in singles and doubles competition.
"Brianna played her best tennis of the year," Head Coach
Todd Tucker said. "Alaina is playing great as well. Kristina lost a tough one but played very well. The girls have really come together and are having fun on and off the court. I can't be more thrilled with the way they've represented Salem."
Salem will return to action on April 4 on the road against Virginia Union University.
