Salem University will try to make it back-to-back home wins this afternoon as the Tigers play host to Seton Hill University in NCAA Division II women's basketball. Tip-off is 2 p.m. at T. Edward Davis Gymnasium.

In its last home game this past Saturday, Salem (2-7) rallied from a 12-point first-half deficit to defeat Virginia State University 92-86. The Tigers used a 25-8 run starting late in the third quarter to take their first lead of the contest and build a double-digit advantage of their own.
Nia Bishop led four players in double figures with 22 points in the game, while
Endia Jones posted her second double-digit rebound total of the season with 11 boards.

The Tigers are coming off an 86-66 loss Wednesday at Alderson Broaddus University.
Nerea Arambarri Fernandez matched a season high with 18 points, while Bishop contributed five assists and four steals.

Seton Hill (6-1) is playing for the first time since last Saturday when the Griffins fell to Lock Haven University 70-61.

In last year's home-and-home series, Seton Hill won a pair of high-scoring affairs. The two teams will meet again February 11 at Greensburg, Pa.

After Saturday's contest, Salem has two more games before taking off for Christmas Break. The Tigers play host to Concord University Wednesday afternoon, then travel to West Virginia State University next Friday.
