Men's Cross Country Compete in Lebanon, PA

On Friday afternoon, the men's Cross Country team traveled to Lebanon PA to run in a last chance meet of the year.  This meet hosts schools that are not part of a conference to give them a chance to prepare for the NCAA Regionals that are hosted on November 6th.

The men were led by freshman Alexis Toledo who finished 35th (out of 85 runners) with a time of 29:57.  Following behind him was freshman Prince Mozurunyem who finished with a time of 33:12 (70th place) in his first ever cross country race. Freshman Tre Marin followed closely with a time of 34:34 (75th place), which was a personal best by one minute.

"This meet gave our guys another chance to improve on what they have accomplished this season. I am extremely proud of how far they have come along this season.  Some of these guys have never ran cross country before, and are finishing the year running respectable times."  said Coach Leonard.

The next meet will be on November 6th, as they travel to Lock Haven to compete at the NCAA Regionals.
