Box Score Greensburg, PA – Salem University women's basketball fell to Seton Hill University in their second game of the Tri-State Thanksgiving Classic 83-58.
The Tigers were led by Kalyne Daniels, who secured the double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds.
Salem fell behind early in the opening quarter before Daniela Quesada forced the turnover and found Daniels in transition to get the scoring started for the Tigers. A three from Allysa McRae cut the Griffins lead to seven going into the second. Salem cut Seton Hills lead to two midway through after a three from Quesada. The Griffins closed out the second on a 12-point run to go into the half ahead 43-29.
The Tigers cut the Griffin lead to 16 with one minute remaining in the third after two free throws from Ixsamar Gonzalez and a fastbreak layup from McRae but could not get closer throughout the second half.
