Erie, PA- Salem University Men's Water Polo concluded their weekend on Saturday evening falling to Mercyhurst 20-7. Earlier in the day, the Tigers would fall to Gannon 15-7.
Salem fought hard in all of their games during the weekend, but slow starts and being short handed took its tool on a young Tigers team.
Saequan Miller made his biggest impact of the season during the weekend notching two goals in game one of the day, and coming back against Mercyhurst and adding two more. Miller would also have two steals against Mercyhurst.
Ivan Zivojinovic led the Tigers 5 goals on Saturday, three of them coming against Mercyhurst.
Petar Leontijevic would add 2 goals to help pace the Tigers against Gannon.
