Bloomington, IN- Salem University Women's Water Polo traveled to the Hoosier state over the weekend to take on Indiana University in a double header. Salem would drop both games on the day.
In the first game of the day against Indiana, the Tigers would fall 22-8. After only scoring two goals in the first half, the Tigers would fight to get six in the second half against a very good Indiana team.
Annefleur ten Bloemendal and
Erin Zappia led the Tigers with two goals a piece.Â
In the second game, The Tigers lost steam and would fall 19-3.Â
The Tigers will be back in action next weekend as they try to keep traction on their top 25 national ranking.Â
