Erie, PA - Salem University Water Polo took down Gannon and McKendree University to extend to 6-0 in conference play.
The Tigers took down Gannon 16-13 in game one.
Annefleur ten Bloemendal led the scoring for the Tigers with four followed by
Chloe Woodbine and
Shemiyah Ross with three.
Heather Lock and
Margherita Garibbo added two each with
Erin Zappia and
Taeghen Hack rounding out the scoring with one apiece. Phillippa Piper had 11 saves in the goal for the Tigers.
The Tigers outlast McKendree in game two to come away with the 13-12 victory. Bloemendal led all scorers with six goals. Hack contributed three, followed by
Courtney O'Shaughnessy with with two and Lock and Zappia with one. Piper came away with 13 saves in game two.
