The Tiger tennis squad continued their road trip through the end of March. Over a six-day stretch Salem hit five schools in three different states to wrap things up on the road before heading back to campus.

Salem got things underway against Emory & Henry College in Emory, VA. Salem took home the two doubles matches thanks to the play of Erna Brdarevic and Lina Ziani along with the pairing of Kylie Diaz and Dasha Korsakova. Moving onto singles play Salem was able to grab three more wins at the hands of Brdarevic, Ziani, and Diaz to cap off a 4-3 Tiger win on the day.

The Tigers hit the road for Radford University next where they struggled, going 0-7 in the afternoon.Â

Next on the Tigers schedule was a meeting with Bluefield State University where Salem got things back on track. The Tigers took one doubles match with the duo of Korsakova and Diaz before heading into singles play. Brdareiv, Korsakova, and Diaz all brought home wins alongside Miriam Buendia to round out another Tiger win, this one 5-2.

Salem's first match in North Carolina came against Johnson C. Smith University where Salem was able to take one doubles match in a down-to-the-wire win from Korsakova and Diaz. Korsakova, Diaz, and Brdarevic all came through in singles play to give the Tigers another road win, this one with a final score of 5-1.

Salem capped off their road trip with a visit to Shaw University where fatigue from a week of travel showed and the Tigers were unable to get a win before hading back home.
