SALEM, W.Va. — Salem University student-athletes continued to excel academically during the Fall semester, finishing with a strong 3.39 overall grade point average across all athletic programs.
Among men's teams, baseball led the way academically, posting a 3.46 GPA, the highest of any men's program during the term. The achievement highlights the team's dedication to balancing competitive success with academic responsibility.
On the women's side, women's tennis recorded the highest GPA of all Salem teams, turning in an exceptional 3.89 GPA for the Fall semester. The mark stands as a testament to the program's consistent excellence in the classroom.
