CHARLOTTE, N.C. (April 14, 2018) -- The Salem University Tigers men's tennis team closed out its swing through the Carolinas with a resounding 9-0 victory over Johnson C. Smith University.
Patryk Garwacki and Gregor Lanier picked up their ninth win in doubles this season, defeating Desire Johnson and Marlowe Anderson 8-1. Lanier picked up his 11th singles victory of the year, defeating Anderson in two sets (6-1, 6-2). Garwacki picked up his 10th singles victory, defeating Johnson in two sets (6-4, 6-1).
With the win, Salem improves to 9-14 this season. They will close out their season on the road against Queens College in Flushing, New York on April 18 at 11 a.m.
