SALEM, West Virginia - Despite the fall season being long over for Salem men's water polo, Salem did have some final exciting news from their successful 2023 campaign. A pair of Tigers have been named to the ACWPC All-American list, namely Nikola Krstonosic and Marko Zivojinovic. 

Both student-athletes were the offensive engine behind a historic 19-4 season for the Tigers that saw Salem sweep through WWPA regular season play. Both also already raked in the individual accolades as Krstonosic was on the Cutino Award watchlist, WWPA Player of the Year, 1st Team All-WWPA, and numerous weekly WWPA awards. Zivojinovic also had pulled in weekly awards alongside 1st Team All-WWPA honors. 

While the 2023 postseason run did not end the way Salem wanted, these awards should add some new energy to the offseason preparations for head coach Rob Bullion's squad as they build up to the fall 2024 season.
