NUTTER FORT, W.Va. — Salem University Baseball has announced its 2026 schedule, highlighted by a competitive slate of nonconference and regional opponents, extended home stretches at Frank Loria Memorial Field, and key matchups throughout the spring season.

The Tigers will open the 2026 campaign on the road with a three-game series against UNC Pembroke in early February before returning home to host Lake Erie College. Salem will also welcome Clarion University to Nutter Fort during the opening month of the season.

February continues with matchups against Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a home series versus California University of Pennsylvania, followed by a road trip to face University of Illinois Springfield.

March opens with a four-game home series against Lock Haven University, giving the Tigers an early opportunity to compete in front of their home fans. Salem will then host Davis & Elkins College and West Virginia Wesleyan College before heading on the road to face Glenville State University and Concord University later in the month.

The Tigers return home in late March for series against West Virginia State University and University of Charleston, continuing a strong run of regional competition. Early April features a home matchup with Wheeling University, followed by a road series at Fairmont State University.

Salem will close the regular season with a late-April home series against West Liberty University before traveling to Frostburg State University for the final full road series of the 2026 regular season.The Tigers finish the regular season with split home and away series with Point Park on May 1dt and May 3rd.

The 2026 schedule provides Salem with a balanced mix of home and away contests and numerous opportunities to compete against familiar regional opponents throughout the spring.
