Salem Swimming Announces 2025-26 Men’s and Women’s Schedules

SALEM, W.Va. – The Salem University men's and women's swimming teams have unveiled their 2025-26 competition schedules, highlighted by regional rivalries, high-level invitationals, and multiple home meets at the Salem Pool.

The Tigers open their season on September 27, 2025, at the Relay Meet at The Bridge Sports Complex in Bridgeport, W.Va., where they will compete against Davis & Elkins, Fairmont State, and West Virginia Wesleyan.

Just a week later, Salem heads north to Morgantown on October 4 for the West Virginia State Games, hosted by West Virginia University, bringing together programs from across the Mountain State.

Following a month-long break, the Tigers resume competition on November 1 at Wheeling University, then return to action on November 15 at Fairmont State University.

The spring semester begins with a home showcase on January 10, 2026, as Salem welcomes Wheeling and Frostburg State for the Salem Tri-Meet at the Salem Pool, giving fans a chance to cheer on the Tigers in one of the season's most anticipated events.

The Tigers then travel to California (Pa.) for back-to-back meets, first at the Vulcan Invitational on January 16, followed by the California Winter Frenzy on January 17.

The regular season culminates at the GMAC/MEC Swimming Championships in Canton, Ohio, beginning February 11, 2026, where Salem will look to make waves on the conference stage and qualify athletes for national competition.
